Job Summary

Madrivo is a rapidly growing network in the affiliate marketing space that helps brands acquire new customers online. As Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the PR & Marketing team with projects that require knowledge in strategic branding and new customer acquisition. Experience with lead generation strategies, social media, email marketing and data analytics is preferred but not required. You will work closely with the Ad Ops, Tech Support, and sales teams to prospect potential clients, generate new customer leads, deploy targeted marketing campaigns, and assist with industry and job fair events. Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and work-related experience:

  • Ability to analyze metrics of incoming lead reports and formulate conclusions based on patterns, deviations, and projections
  • Fluency with all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.) and publication tools (Hootsuite, WordPress, etc)
  • Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a plus, but not required
  • Content writing skills; ability to write and publish compelling marketing content for blogs, sponsored ads, and other online publications
  • Ability to analyze metrics of incoming lead reports and formulate conclusions based on patterns, deviations, and projections
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience with G Suite apps: Google Sites, Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar

Primary Duties

  • Create and execute a lead generation strategy in order to meet and exceed monthly qualified lead goals outlined in KPI
  • Delegate incoming leads to the sales team; act as liaison between the sales team and potential clients
  • Analyze lead data to optimize lead channels and increase ROI for the marketing department
  • Work with industry-wide organizations and forums to create other lead generation channels and to expand Madrivo’s online brand exposure
  • Create, manage and analyze ads and paid social media based on the lead generation strategy
  • Competitor analysis
  • Manage, create and execute social media content and calendar
  • Manage, create and execute monthly newsletter
  • Assist with trade show planning and execution
  • Assist with UNLV career services events
  • Assist with culture planning and execution (when needed)
  • Assist with basic design needs

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media or Communications is preferred but not required. Applicants must have advanced computer skills, reliable transportation, and a professional appearance to be considered.
